Defective GM Manifold Gaskets (Arizona and California only)
Ram & Olson is currently pursuing case in Arizona and California (only) against General Motors vehicles concerning their vehicles' plastic intake manifold gaskets. The allegedly faulty gaskets have forced GM owners to spend several hundred dollars to remove and replace the gaskets, and, in some cases, have resulted in costly engine damage. We believe that GM was and is aware of the problems with the manifold gaskets. GM's response to those who have complained is to tell the owners to pay for repairs themselves. We allege that that is contrary to GM's responsibilities under statutory consumer protection laws, common law fraudulent concealment, common law unjust enrichment and breach of warranty.
If you own a GM car, truck, SUV or other vehicle and have had to replace a manifold gasket that failed, we would like to learn more about your experience.
