Over the last decade, she has become a well-known face in the Northern California homeowners association industry, attending and speaking at numerous CAI, ECHO and CACM seminars, and authoring various articles related to trending homeowners association issues such as insurance and the use of social media.CURRENT PRACTICE
The primary focus of Ms. Brynes' current practice is the representation of homeowners associations (residential and commercial) in all aspects of their day-to-day operations, including any litigation needs. Typical projects include: governing document analysis, interpretation, revision and enforcement; elections; title and escrow claims; insurance coverage matters; management of commercial relationships with vendors; resolution of easement and boundary line disputes, and representation of homeowners associations in member disputes and litigation.EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
